PowerpointIndia woodness products review
this is my review regarding a recliner sofa that i have bought from powerpointindia woodness products. Have been using the product from around year 2014.
Its a bitter disappointment and loss of hard earned money, asi gave this as a gift to my parents during my new home inaugaration. This sofa purchase has been a top contender of grief in my family year on year. Every year the products quality deteriorates and is now at fag end of its death span. the repair costs from my local vendors are very huge and some times exceeds the products cost itself. I requested for a repair through the powerpoint india woodness customer care, but there is not even a response from their end. Leave about an apology, they don't even respond to the complaints being raised. they never cared for.
In the end I am at a total loss of huge product. Bought the product in chennai, Saravana stores for around 38,000/-. Either of them are never responding for the repair works. One of the huge mistake (Purchase) in my life, listening to the blabbering golden words of sales guys in the furniture (saravana store, t.nagar) shop.
Lesson learnt : Never take the product when they say that product ships directly from warehouse. Have a clear inspection of the product that you are buying from them before payment or shipping out. After a second out of their shop, they will never care for your life too.
